| Subs in an 08 xB Hello!!! Ok my question for everyone is "IF" you were building a show car not an SPL car and money was NO object would you go with 3-12" subs or 16-8" subs? I will have the same amount of power going to each. I have designs for both and the enclousers will still leave room for @ 32" LCD but just can't decide. Any thoughts? |

| Re: Subs in an 08 xB 16 8s would definitely be more unique. mix invert mount and regular mount, that might be pretty cool |

| Re: Subs in an 08 xB Guys not doing the SPL thing BEEN THERE DONE THAT SET RECORDS!!!! this is just for show!!! And if you want a real sub that can really take a lot of power don't get the stroker!! get the DDz!!!! it will take the power and not just on paper!! We had over 40,000 watts on 1 18". did a 180.5 last years in DB Drag and set a world record. Mr. Alan Dante is the man and was my partner last year.
Back to my question. I am wanting to keep all of this in the back cargo area. IF I go with the 8's I will run them up the side, 8 on each side. 4-12's the same 2 on each side. 3-12's have not decided yet. |

| Re: Subs in an 08 xB i've seen alot of people with 12's and 15's. 8's are more unique, and for a show car, you're probably never going to turn it up that loud anyway |
