Blinker Leds on Headlights/mirrors???

OK. I understand on how to replace the blinkers with leds of any color, but is it possible to replace the ones in the headlights???

Oh and the two map lights are the same as the license plate bulbs.(168)

can any of u guy tell me where to buy the led chip light in the mirrors that all u have to buy to replace the light I have the light take out but u need a new light chip to replace it
