| Re: Painted Pillars / Dyed Head Liner I'd recommend wrapping.. but that's just my two cents. You'd still have to get the dome light/map lights painted or dyed at least... |

| Re: Painted Pillars / Dyed Head Liner I rewrapped my headliner in black carbon vinyl. I left the lights grey since the box is silver. But thinking of painting everything on the inside of the xB satin black. |

| Re: Painted Pillars / Dyed Head Liner you should wrap your pillars in suede as well. don't paint. it will rub off or chip..then its back to the drawing board all over again. |

| Re: Painted Pillars / Dyed Head Liner Proper prep work and the pillars can be painted and survive almost anything. I would wrap the headliner though, the dye may not be consistent through the headliner.
For the pillars, as long as they are clean and you use an adhesion promoter you should be ok |

Years ago before I did my first headliner I practiced on a junkyard one and an old sheet. Cost about $25 to practice but it saved me from screwing mine up. I am hoping to drop mine in the xB this summer and redo it. |

| Re: Painted Pillars / Dyed Head Liner They are not hard to do at all. Just take your time. I did mine. Mine is wrapped in black carbon vinyl. Turned out really cool. I think I might start wrapping all the rest of the panels now. |

I'm wontering the look of the CF for the headliner, I'm looking of a CF dash kit, CF Hood, Tail and Wing along with a bunch of CF anywhere else I can fit it. I'm even thinking of picking up and wrapping a JLAudio 12" Stealthbox Sub in CF for the trunk. |

| Re: Painted Pillars / Dyed Head Liner I plan on wrapping the headliner in a red vinyl to match the rest of the interior which will be black, red and white. I just have to finish wiring all the LEDs.
One project at a time! That's how I roll. |
