interior LEDs

ok - I laid out blue LEDs for the (under-dash) floor and back seats. Got the wires hidden, but its wired in the cig. socket adapter. I want to wire them to a switch, but can't find metal to ground to. Where do you think I should put the wire (i know, something metal) and to wire them into the cig wires, ... The wire with the black stripe is the ground? or the other one???
