Is this a fairly straighforward task? The newscionparts.com site has them for an excellent price. Just want to make sure that installing that piece isn't a bear.

Its extremely easy. It took me 10 minutes in the middle of the night in 15 degree weather. I only had a flashlight to see. It still went in so slick it worked out great. Unless you have never used a razor and a screw driver dont pay those expensive dealer install costs.

Yes $15 isnt too bad. but im sayin it was so easy. Like i said above if you have any mechanical smarts i would definately do it yourself. I wouldnt personally spend the day taking in the car and either waiting for them to install it or have someone pick me up then take me back later in the day. Its a quick and simple prodject.
