Re: Headliner

Unless your planning something extensive or the material is unvailable in the size you need, headliner removal is not that complicated. And a little (actually a lot) of 3M adhesive spray will get just about any fabric/vinyl/felt/polyester/suede/leather/m&m's to stick.

What I have always like about customizing the headliner is it adds a crap load of detail to the interior for such a "simpler" single mod...

Maybe have it smoothed out and have a scene airbrushed on it. I would but I plan on adding the panoramic sunroof...

Re: Headliner

Xweapon, any idea on how much the sunroof addition would be? i was considering for mine as well...just never priced out.

other than that still need to get that headliner down to get 2 or 3 layers of fatmat up there. damn, these cars are loud

Re: Headliner

if your good with carving out things you could also do a logo and glue to headliner before wrapping for a raised 3d emblem! all you would need is some extra glue and probably 1/2 inch thick foam sheet??

Re: Headliner

1/4" closed cell foam is better and bevel the edges of the design with sandpaper to a 45 degree for a smooth transition, or you could even use some fiberboard for a harder edge look...... oh and some patience too!
