Did you use rubber toughen CA, or just standard?

Works the same, but adds a little flexibility to it. Little added security when filling gaps/ working in plastics. Can get it anywhere they sell CA glue.
Asked cause I'm just taking a guess at it, but I would say that you filled the gaps between the headunit side "filler" pieces and center trim piece with the CA glue, sanded it down, and bondo/smoothed it out.

| Re: custom radio trim piece! yes, that is exactly what i did....but i flushed the aftermarket radio trim piece as close to the surface as possible and then added bondo to get the contour of the oem trim piece....then i sanded and primered and painted then cleared X3
shawnofthedead, hit me up when you wanna come by and take a look and see what we could do to spice things up on the interior!
