Some of you may have met my club members Adam & Aly.
Their son, Aaron, was born with Down Syndrome.
They do this walk every year.
They have 9 days left and (as of yesterday) are $30 short of their goal.
If anyone can afford even $5 it would really help them out.

Dear Friends and Family,

On Sunday, November 15TH, I will be walking in the 15th Annual Down Syndrome Association of Los Angeles Buddy Walk to show my support for the more than 350,000 individuals with Down syndrome in the United States. I have signed up to be a team captain and want to do my part to make sure that each individual is given every opportunity to reach his or her full potential.

Every step I take, every dollar I raise, will help ensure that each individual with Down syndrome in the United States will be able to do just that. Last year alone, over $10.5 million dollars was raised nationwide for local and national education, research and advocacy programs.

I am asking you to Buddy Walk with me to make a difference for people with Down syndrome in our community.

Hi everyone. I would love it if we could get as people there as possible, it would mean so much to us (Adam, Aaron and I) if you would walk with us, its $25 to register and that includes lunch (hotdog, chips and a drink) and a T-shirt. They have many fun activities for kids too, like pony rides, face painting, the Navy even comes and gives rides around the ground in a model plane, its just a fun day all around. Its at the Santa Anita Racetrack and its a really short walk (about a mile). Also, Lango (Toyoto, Scion and Lexus) is one of the Buddy Walk sponsors so how awesome would that be to have all our cool Scions there that day. We have done the Buddy Walk every year since Aaron was born but this year is especially important because he will understand that everyone is here for him!
