I never rub with the 195s and that was even with a 5 people in the car on crappy roads. I bottom out on some speed bumps now since it is a smaller tire

I'd say somewhere between $5-700 depending on hourly rate in your area.

About 4hrs body labor, 4hrs paint labor, 1.5hrs to remove and install plate and handle, paint & materials.

Labor rate at my shop is $40 hr. Then $20 per hour for materials, I think.

Thanks! I try, I try to only do mods that cost me little to no money.

All my mods have done myself with only money from selling parts from my old 1gen or grilles. Wife and kids don't allow it any other way.
