For me Im going the VIP Style Route, Untill i get every thing on my car or at least the rims and Drop, I might end up leaving the wing off to give it the more gangster look without the spoiler. and either wait for a wing to comeout that will match the theme or Ill just design a wing myself.
Im glad i didnt get the wing installed by the dealership becuase they will drill those holes. I have the wing and im just going to double sided tape it on, just incase it doesnt match the look im going for. | Every time I see pics of your xB all I can think is modern day Untouchables. |

I have to tell my wife "it'll get better gas mileage" for everything I want. She's on to me though, she wanted a diamond ring and told me I would get better mileage if I bought it for her

| Re: Oem Wing it is actually cheaper to have the oem wing put on throught the dealer 392. installed than it is if it is an option on the car from the port.. 499 as an option as listed on the sticker.
we ordered ares at time of sale, should be in on tuesday.
word of advise to anyone who has aftermarket instals done.
i had a gen 1 with euro lights , spoiler, and the 19 trd wheels.
i didnt go over the car 100 percent when it was complet, when i got home i noticed scratches on the roof by the spoiler and also on the rocker panel and, due to the fact that i had not washed it before takeing it back in for the installs and that they do not detail a second time i didnt notice, but when i got back to the hose and washed and waxed i noticed. called the dealer and i was told i did it my self. so when i take this one in I will be checking everything before i leave the dealer this time |

| Re: Oem Wing I just put on the oem wing last night. Easy as pie. Drill four holes by the template they provide. Primer the holes, then a few little steps and pop off the tape cover and slap that puppy on. All that is left is the 4 bolts to be turned.
PICS!!! To give you an idea before and after.

| Re: Oem Wing What I am wondering is, what effect does the wing have on handling & MPG? Better or Worse?
I love the look of the wing/spoiler though, and when I get my Gen2 xB, I will have to get one.

Matt | That wing imo is not functional at all. I am not a fan of how it looks either |

X2 for that!!! i hate using the rear wiper and plan on removing it soon. a lot of wings channel the air over the back window. its not a cure all, but it would help a little... |
