Hell yeah it counts man....i really have no need for the antenna but I didnt like the stock one at all and I liked the look of it....funny thing is I have had a few people ask me if I took it off a BMW.....WTF?......i just tell them the probably took it off an xB

i had 2 shark fins on my xb awhile back. they werent functional though, just for looks. the cheapest mod i did was a red pin stripe tribal sticker from pepboys that was on clearance. cut into the shape of my clear sidemarkers, slapped it on. used my gfs red nail polish to outline the corners of the sidemarkers red. voila. el cheapo but nice-o mod. cost: 1 dollar time: 15 mins.

you can also paint the interior around the radio , the handles, the air vents and the gauges. also another cheap mod would be to paint the engine cover!
