ok i looked everywhere and i cant find much.... i dont know if you noticed but i have a 2 gen and i need to know how to pull out the headlights also.... sorry if im buggin but i only play if i know ill win and i need to know everything to do from step 1 to the finished product.... so any more info would be great

http://trdsparks.com/install/PT857-52080inst.pdf To remove the bumper.

1. Set oven to 250
2. Turn off when it reaches 250
3. Put headlight on pan
4. Put pan with headlight in oven
5. Wait 2-5 minutes
6. Pull out of oven
7. Pull headlight apart
8. Mask headlight
9. Paint headlight
10. Let dry
11. Use new silicone or heat again and put back together
12. Put headlight on car
13. Sit back and realize blacked out headlights are getting played out

There you go, simple.

ha ha but just remember.... there not comon where im at... and thats y there are things called "STYLES" i have mine and you have yours.... so when you see me just remember that mine is mine and if you dont like it then look away, and ill do the same for you and yours.... thank you for the info, did you do yours that way?

the thread with the gen one is just how to bake and spray wich is why i posted it because its the same for gen two. and removal is easy and pretty self explanitory. remove bolts=remove headlight

I did a car I had 3 or 4 years ago like that but I did the taillights not the headlights. Same concept tho.

I'm not hating, I'm just saying.

my tails are black too, so is my front grills and my front center bumper and my (scion) emblums.... im just tryin to keep the flow with the whole car ya know.... so basically everything is gonna be satin black and silver on the out side and red and black on the inside....

slowly but surely.... its a fight with the bank the time and the wife.... if i didnt have issues with those 3 things when it comes to workin on the car id be finished with the xb2 in the first 2 months lol

oh and when i say my life i mean in a way where she dont want me to hurt myself because ive got a healthy amount of metal, rods, plates, screws and pins all over my body lol

sorry to hear that ^

i got 2 x 13" rods 12 screws and 12 hooks in my back
plates and pins in my left hand (and im left handed)
plates in my hips
pins in my knee
and a whole lot of pain if i dont take it easy lol

so yeah i think ill do my lights this weekend

any one have any more info or tips for me?

I left the projectors chromed when I did mine, would never even think of doing them differently:
