Carbon Fiber Hoods

Hi All,
I'm considering picking up a CF Hood. I really like the AIT b-Magic Euro Model. Does anyone out there have one? Are there any engine bay clearance issues with the dip in the center?
I've only really found it available in a couple places, not even available on the AITRacing site. The cheapest I found it was $440 on ebay, but I'm a little wary obout ordering off ebay. It sells at the one or two retail sites I found it at for in the mid $600 range.
I think I can answer my own question a little in the fact that the ebay wants 180 to ship and the retail is included in the price...

How reliable have others found the sellers on ebay? I've personally had bad problems in the past (many years ago now, some electronics gear, garbage that was "re-branded" with Clarion tags and sold at the Clarion price).
Thanks,
Bob

I doubt they would release a hood with clearance issues. Seibon and VIS also make CF Hoods, if you have not checked them out already. Personally I wouldn't order a CF hood off ebay as I would be worried about fitment, and damage in shipping that the seller might not be obligated to take care of. Good luck.

Thanks, I'm probably going with the retail front rather than the ebay, the difference after shipping is only $20-30. Not worth the possible pain of the e-bay seller issues...

Forgot to mention, the reason I was going with this hood vrs some of the others.. I live near Boston MA and deal with Snow (allot) and can't have any ducting vents on the hood (unless it was a scoop, though I don't like that look) which leaves me with true OEM look or this one that dips the middle front of the hood.
