I may cank my XM radio and instead look at sway bars. (Car handles nicely, but MAYBE it would feel very nice with bars).

But... the dealer wants a mint for TRD bars - well over $500 - looks like on-line they run about half as much. Then there is installation. I suppose if you buy from the dealer and mount them, you are all covered by warranty, etc. (I've read that they can break).

Other options could be... 1) If you BUY them yourself, and get a SCION dealer to mount them, 2)some other garage. What is the deal then? They look fairly simple to mount, but I would rather have the garage do them...

Any knowledge here on it?

buy aftermarket from one of our authorized site vendors and install it yerself. its easy with proper tools.

btw, stealerships will rape you for product and installation and then you be out of yer vehicle for half a day.

warranty on a swaybar? most of them havem.

if yer that worried, then save the money and the headache. dont get it. then again youve probably only heard of one persons mishap.

if you really want one, then take the time and research a bit more. like you are.
