Will 1st gen AEM Intake fit on 2nd gen xB

Question Will 1st gen AEM Intake fit on 2nd gen xB
The AEM intake #PTS26-52040 is apparently for 2003-2008 xb's. However, the 2008 is clearly a second generation.

The AEM intake #21-577P is the model AEM says if for 2nd gens.

I'm bidding on the #PTS26-52040 and hoping that it will fit on my 2008 xB.

Will this work or am I buying an extra CAI?

No! Not one bit.

Totally different engine bay configuration.
