I notice it requires premium unleaded fuel, regular and intermediate grades need not apply!

At Scion United the tech that did the install at the show.. said that it dyno'd at 174 horses to the wheels and just over 200 to the crank... but I would also like to see a dyno graph to prove his sayings....

No, went to Sparks as soon as I got this thread, and all I saw was "OUT OF STOCK"...Hoping it just because of the recent release, besides, I'm only about 1/3 of the way to the $$$ (Just wanted to put the feelers out there I guess...)

Make friends with the parts guy at your local dealer. Then have them give you a discount and you get free shipping. Its always faster through them because they have parts trucks there every day or so.

The TRD supercharger has been discountinued. No more are being produced after Feb. 20th, 2009. I got one of the last ones, hee hee sooo awesome!!!

Why is that? Just because of the Toyota running out of money also? Or are there problems like the TC supercharger had?

I'd be interested to hear where the discontinued info came from - it wouldn't surprise me, but a lot of the Import Mags have been running new ads for the thing!

Hey any other news out there about discontinuing the Supercharger? My MARCH issue of (I believe it is Sport Compact...) has a multi page ad for the new S.C., and I know I've seen it in at least 2 other mags!!! This is pissing me off! I had a tc for a while when the original Supercharger came out, but didn't have the $$$, so no go! Now I'm almost ready to go, and news has it that the S.C. is off the market again! Should I just go buy a CIVIC or what!?

I thought Sport Compact went out of business? TRDsparks still has 2 S/C's in stock.

You could always go with a turbo set up.

Nope - Sport Compact is still on the shelves, and despite the ad, I have confirmed with Ken at Spark's that there will be no more produced! They will still have warranty attached, and parts support, just no more availability!So...at 3a.m. this morning I snuck into the wife's file cabinet, took out the Mastercard we've been tryin' to pay off, and secured myself one of the last two left in Spark's inventory. I'm not proud of myself, but I bet I'll forget how bad I feel about it once that pup is under my hood!

Natz - I just got my hands on the Supercharger through Spark's - won't be installin' til I get some more $$$, will you consider posting about your install, and how you like it?
