just got my CAI yesturday and installed it...really impressed...nice throaty sound once full throttle(sound like v8..scary....) but it sounds the same as OEM for regular driving...quicker throttle response...well designed CAI...Great job TRD!! Will post pix up tomorrow and maybe video if i have time...

It is one sweet CAI. I like the fact that they use the factory duct. I plan to get mine soon...please post pics soon! Do you have the trd exhaust too? I'm glad the installation went well.

One more thing...do you also have the trd cat-back exhaust? can you post mpg gains after you drive a little...I'm just curious to see if it makes a difference in that department.

I have both the TRD CAI and the exhaust, and the combo is stunning. I can't say for sure any exact numbers, but having driven an xB with no TRD parts, and then having driven mine with them, it feels MUCH quicker.

Yea, it's pretty loud. It definitely has a deep throaty, almost V8 sound.
