I'll be doing a significant amount of driving between the Midwestern USA and Ontario Canada so would a 0w20 weight synthetic motoroil (going with AMSoil) be a good weight?

I'd go with the 0w30 signature Amsoil. I'm currently running this in my Box and the Highlander. Make sure you get a nano filter from Amsoil also, and you won't have to go under your Box for a year!!
