Re: Max out at 112..!?! Save the racing for the track. Seriously, yes street racing can be fun, but to you really want to risk killing somebody? You also have to watch out for the skill of the other driver. If they lose control and kill someone, you're on the hook for manslaughter or 1st degree murder as well. Not worth it. Take it to the track and race in a controlled environment, that's the only way to do it bro!

Re: Max out at 112..!?! All this said, I'd still like to bring it up to 145. I only punch it when some jackass is really ridin my ass. I know it's still not the smartest thing and I try not to, but you know sometimes your just in that mood. I'd like to bring it on the track at shows I go to and legally race against othe xB's and possibly win some money.. So, again, does anyone know how to do it?

Re: Max out at 112..!?! ummmm its a box, why would a box need to go fast. You want speed get an aerodynamic capable car. If your wanting to race your xb hit up some autocross tracks the xb will amaze you with its handling capabilities. Oh and don't hate on volvos they are a hidden secret, much like vw passats so watch out for them.

Re: Max out at 112..!?! Yes very true. In reality we are all gear heads who love fast cars. All the same if you have bought an xB you are more attracted to style, originality, and appearance. I have had cars before that I cared if they were washed or not, though since my xB; I can't stand a smidge on the windshield if I missed a spot. So moral of the story, Put the money into your lights, suspension, graphics and paint. Drive safe so you don't get judged by 12 or carried by 6.
