| EBay exhaust, anyone else? 2Gen. I just got and installed this eBay Cat-back exhaust, Cost $173.50 to my front door. Very nice, pretty close to polished, the tip sits perfect, easy install and they even give you extra bolts and gaskets.
The sound can get pretty loud if you step into it, but putting around town tonight my wife didn't even notice it till I said something. I feel more power to go with the looks.
I do have the Strup header too though, no intake yet, NST lite crank pulley on the way.
Well worth $174 bucks if you can handle a little to a lot of noise, you can control it eBay Motors: 08-09 TOYOTA SCION XB EXHAUST PIPES & 5" OVAL MUFFLER (item 300273461281 end time Jan-13-09 00:56:57 PST) |

Pics of the exhaust on the car? | No pics yet Dion, sorry. the mod bug almost died, i actually wanted to buy an old VW bug but decided against it and bought a PS3 and some parts for the Gen2. Quote:

| Re: EBay exhaust, anyone else? 2Gen. I put on the NST crank pulley and it helped quiet it down a little, less pedal needed, less noise.
I think driving and breaking it in made it not so loud also, but I know it's not as loud as when I first installed it. |

| Re: EBay exhaust, anyone else? 2Gen. Well pretty much anything will be quieter than my flowmaster 10 series, which I might be willing to donate to anyone looking for a really loud muffler. A pulley is on the list for after tax returns |

| Re: EBay exhaust, anyone else? 2Gen. There may be a little delay today depending on how much snow we really get
Update:
Murphy's law is an adage in Western culture that broadly states, "Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong." It is also cited as: "If there's more than one possible outcome of a job or task, and one of those outcomes will result in disaster or an undesirable consequence, then somebody will do it that way"
So anyways I went to work on the exhaust today, and everything went wrong lol. The mid pipe wouldn't fit through the lift (its a center point lift), the electrical panel went bad in my garage, and my floor jack broke.
Needless to say it will be dropped off at a shop tomorrow to have someone do it while I am at work, I think someone is trying to tell me I should have just left well enough alone lol. On the bright side they pipes are built fairly well considering the money.
