this will sound like a dumb question, but.....
What kinds of things can I do to upgrade my xB's preformance. Im not willing to spend to much money, like 500 max.

Re: 08' xB engine upgrades

AFE Intake and Borla single exhaust would leave $150 left under budget.

Re: 08' xB engine upgrades

Tenzo CAI would only run 150. Can not offer more yet as have not installed but in the garage!

Just that Tenzo is decent name with reasonable price thats all I am saying here!!

Dyno?

You can do lightweight pullies, intake, exhaust. Or you can always find a used Nitrous kit for around 500 dollars.

These are the exact two mods I plan to do on my xb2 when I get some extra cash

Well there is alot you can do. Intake, exhaust, Pulleys, header. Kinda endless really. Intake and exhaust will make the biggest difference. Then add the header and you will be happy I am sure.

Do you feel the engine vibration through the frame more with this? I have been thinking about it but don't want to feel engine vibration.

No Limitz Ind.
Stops the engine from moving and supposed to allow more power to the ground and less wheel hop.

Re: 08' xB engine upgrades

What do you think some good upgrades would be for the xb2 without losing my 100k warranty?

Re: 08' xB engine upgrades

I just added an injen cold air and I saw a big increase in throttle response. I also found good reviews on the Tsudo exhaust which is next. Where did you all find the nitrous kits for that price?
