Has anyone else been advised to buy these add ons and then not gotten what you were told to expect? Please help - I need to conront him and would like any advice. Thanks
He was just trying to sell you on TRD parts. If you haven't noticed sales people are full of shit.

not using the cruise control helps vary roms. you should not hold the same rpms for an extended time. piston rings need to seat properly.
