| Re: Gold Rush Count Off, who has one and what No. is it I just got my new XB gold rush last week. I love it such a great car have the manual transmission with it no extras done to it yet but have many plans for it. My # is 525 could not believe that I could still find one after waiting for so long to be able to buy one. I am from Pensacola any other from this area? |

| Re: Gold Rush Count Off, who has one and what No. is it I got mine last week and I love it. I got it used but barely. Only had 3,500 miles on it when I got it. Has the premium audio and the CVT (which I love). I want to get the spoiler if I can find one. Only paid $14500 after my trade in and DP, before interest so I was very happy. Number 1182. Was dissapointed that the Ipod cable was missing and I was only able to get the AUX one from the dealer. I'm going to upgrade all the interior lights to LED and the headlights to Xenon asap. And i'm getting a bra as soon as I can cause of the stupid love bugs here and I don't want to keep washing bug acid off the car all the time. |

| Re: Gold Rush Count Off, who has one and what No. is it Hi, I'm new here. I just bought one of these things... that is, a 2008 xB Goldrush Kenstyle edition. First Scion I ever owned. Got it used at a dealer in Auburn NY... ~5200 miles on it, auto transmission. Previous owner must have outfitted it with the 16" Primax 722 machined rims that came on it. No tail fin though. Truth is, I didn't even know it was any kind of limited edition when I bought it. Dealer touted it as a 'Keystone' edition, so it took me a little while to realize that the dealer had labeled it with this misnomer instead of what I assume should have been 'Kenstyle'? Strangely, someone apparently dug my 'X of 2500' number plate off. Is there any other way to determine what number I have? Does it matter? Also, it does have a Scion factory Pioneer stereo. How do I know if it is the 'premium' sound system I see mentioned elsewhere in this forum? They were asking $18,495, but I beat 'em down and paid $16,800 for this vehicle, with ~5200 miles on it as mentioned. Was this a good deal? What'd these things list for when brand new? Anything else I should know? Thanks for any additional info. anyone can provide. Right now the only thing I'm doing is painting the brake calipers with a high quality caliper paint... 2-part epoxy by a company called G2. I picked blue to show through the rim spokes as an accent color to the gold. If I can scrape up the money next summer I may also add a carbon fiber tail fin. Thoughts?

| Re: Gold Rush Count Off, who has one and what No. is it ATM, I live in OKC.
I saw a XB RS5.0 at the dealership over the weekend. They wanted $18,991.
Here's the web site..
shop.dubrichardsontoyota.com/used-inventory/2008-Scion-xB/e4710ebd7f00000101adf08fe8f85c5c.htm
Tell me what you think. Is it worth it? They wouldn't budge on the price, but they have to fix the front bumper and they were willing to fix anything else I pointed. And also they were willing to clean the car inside and outside.
But... $18,991 seems a lot. |
