Angry Ripped off and pissed

As many of you already know. i was recently ripped off. i tried to purchase some springs (tanabe df210's) i paid the guy (9/5) but never recieved the product. i sent a dispute and an esculation with paypal and this is the responce that i got today.

the details of any action taken. We hope you understand our policy and that
it assures you that you are safe using PayPal.

i'm not happy with this at all. $120 might be a little to some but certenly not me. i figured that i would keep everyone in the loop. and if anyone would like to donate some springs to me i would be very appreciative. Thanks.

Wow, I thought paypal would stand behind you better then that. I really hope it works out and you get your money, or some springs...
"We hope you understand our policy and that
it assures you that you are safe using PayPal." WTF is that suppose to mean, obviously your not that safe if your not getting your money back unless "the seller has money is his account" bs...

Dude, that sucks. I got a magazine from the same guy, and I'm actually really surprised he sent it.

As for springs, how soon do you need them?? I recently got a set of coilovers, only problem is I don't intend on installing them until after winter. (Not smart to go lower during a New England winter) After that, I'll be parting ways with my springs most likely.

I dont really need them untill next season. i've only had my car since june. so i still have quite a way to go. i feel bad for bankaibox cause he got ripped off a body kit and wheels (NKB Power Body kit painted solar yellow and NKB Cups in a 16x8 Silver).

98466 That's cool but if you don't need springs until next season then I guess you can wait on Toup, unless you'd like some Eibach Pro-Kit springs. Let me know

i actually checked the arrest/warrent records for PA and got nothing on him. i was hoping that there was a reason before i did the dispute but didnt find one.

the springs that i really want are the Eibach Sportlines

i'm tired of stock. its been hard to be patient. i was hoping to get my money back and get those (boxed_up2 has 'em). they are a 2" drop all around.

So PayPal is saying they can't help you since he don't have no cash in his account...that's a lot of help.

Sorry you got screwed.

Re: Ripped off and pissed

Well, I had the Pro Kit for about 6 or 8 months before I bagged the B. If you want them they are yours you just have to pay shipping from 41048.
If you're dead set on the sportline thats cool.
Here is a pic of the stance when I had the springs on the B

Here is a pic of the Springs.
