As many of you already know. i was recently ripped off. i tried to purchase some springs (tanabe df210's) i paid the guy (9/5) but never recieved the product. i sent a dispute and an esculation with paypal and this is the responce that i got today.

from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery
of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.

question if they become available in the seller's account in the future and
will take appropriate action against the seller. Such action may include
issuing a warning, a temporary restriction, or terminating the account.

i'm not happy with this at all. $120 might be a little to some but certenly not me. i figured that i would keep everyone in the loop. and if anyone would like to donate some springs to me i would be very appreciative. Thanks.
