| Need to borrow some front springs! Hey PNW peeps, i was wondering if anyone local has a set of lowered springs i can borrow (or rent?) for a few weeks while my coilovers are out being re-built. Gen 1 XB, just the fronts is all i need. I have stocks but I don't want roll stock height, and i want to leave my back alone. Thanks in advance! |

| Re: Need to borrow some front springs! It's cool, i figured out my problem. since i'm so low in front, there is no tension in the spring when the shock is extended, so it's constantly coming out of it's seat and re-seating itself on bumps, which sounds like schitt. sounds like a bucket of bolts bombing down the street. I'm gonna bring it up an inch and get some tension on them springs.
Hey dave, i was thinking. Instead of payment for them spacers, if you just put a little plug for them in your siggy's, we'll call it good. You could call it partial sponsorship! LOL.... You are highly respeced on here and SL and I think that would probably help me sell some. wuddaya think?

| Re: Need to borrow some front springs! Yeah, i raised the front 1 inch and got rid of all the noise. Now i have peace of mind, knowing they are OK, just noisey when that low. |

| Re: Need to borrow some front springs! Hmmm, never thought of that. The Tanabe kit comes with a inner spring, must be what it's for. I may look into this so when i go lower again, don't have the noise. Thanks. |
