TRD neck pad?

TRD neck pad?
When i was cleaning my car at the Englishtown VIP event i happen to notice another black xb parked in front of me with these wicked neck pad looking things. They went between the headrest and the seat it self and had TRD on the front, they were awesome. Does anyone have them and where could i find them? BTW if it was anyone on here, props on them.

I got a set of 4 directly from Japan shipped for $20.40.
