| Re: putting leather in the xb Is your car a 2006 or a 2006.5? I have been thinking about these leathers seat covers for awhile, I have a 2006.5 and just worry the front seats are different. Thanks for the post and let us know how the rest of the install goes. |

Do you have a passenger airbag off light on your car near the ashtray. I also have steering wheel controls for the radio, if that makes a difference. |

| Re: putting leather in the xb I know about the steering wheel controls...I was so hot about that after my purchase to find out about that a few months later....know anyone about a junked 2006.5 xb will take the wheel and wiring for the radio
passenger airbag is always one as far as I know ..... maybe it turns off when it doesn't register someone in the seat?

| Re: putting leather in the xb yea the passenger seat has a weight sensor to tell if there is someone sitting there. the 06.5 is the only one with this. and of course the steering wheel controls. i dont believe the seats them selves are a different shape. |

| Re: putting leather in the xb yea i know... WAYYYYYYY TOOOOO EFFIN MUCH. your better off going to a reputable auto upholstery shop and having them install it. to the best of my knowledge... scion corp. didnt make a "leather kit" available as an OEM option. again... i COULD be wrong, so correct me if i am. |
