How to replace the Scion Xb Cabin filter

I didn,t even know i have a cabin filter behind the glove box.. How do I remove the glove box and get to the filter?

If you dont know, then you probably dont have one...yet. I know most, including mine came without the filter, just an empty slot for one to reside.
