noob w/noob question

i'm looking on getting into an xb for my next car and have been looking around where to get some nice headlights for a decent price. i've tired to google and search here for some i like but it seems like the same ones keep coming up. i even went through the headlight section and didn't really see any that are me. i like the lights some of you guys have but i'm not looking for something super flashy or with halo's on it. just plain, clean, and simple will work for me.

so do they even make an all clear headlight assembly or are they all custom? or an oem hid headlight set-up?

let me know, thanks.

Re: noob w/noob question

OEM Hids - custom
OEM clear - custom
the only heads you will find are the sonar (black backing and angel eyes) or the heads that have what looks like an eyelid and i believe is a blinker
there are a few rare ones you can find like the bB heads and some others but not a lot of differences out there - so we customize them

FTW!

I used to run Halos, but they dont put out alot of light. I recently went back to OEM with HID's and couldnt be happier. They look clean and light up the road great!!

Re: noob w/noob question

i can't post any pics as of right now but the two i like seem to be custom or rare. one looks exactly like the stock headlight but doesn't have the orange on the sides and the other has a projector for the low beam and then a square for the hi-beam (unlike the one above with the circle area for the high beam). anyone know what i'm talking about?

Sounds like the first one is either US headlight with removed orange reflector or JDM Toyota bB headlight. And the second with square high beam is probably TYC.
Check out the Headlight thread.
