No Reverse Lights?/Brake Light

since both of them arent working is this a fuse? if so which fuse?...and a few weeks ago i changed my brakes and my brake light is on and stays on ? how can i get this to go off? ive flooded the brakes multiple times and it still doesnt work? should i take it to someone with a obd and see if they can erase the code? thanks

i checked my fuse for the tail lights and the bulbs they r good? do u think my circut board went out on my tail lights for the reverse lights?

Different fuses for reverse and stop lights. The only thing they have in common is ground (White/Black wires), but it's the same for turn signals and parking lights too, so if those work- the ground should be OK.
Time to get the test light and check for power at the brake switch, bulb sockets etc. And check fuses with the test light, not just by looking at them.
