breaking light bulbs...

hey, im not sire if im the only one with this problem or not but i want to know if others have it and what you did to help prevent it.

the lights that light up the license plate on the rear along with the third break light, keep burning out, i am very confident that it is the vibrations caused by the sub in the hatch area. is it a wise idea to switch these lights to led's or will then do the same thing? and what are the options for led license plate lights?

I run LEDs in all of those. I made the 3rd brake light and I ordered the 194 wedge bulbs off ebay for the license plate.

I haven't heard of anyone having this issue. Did you get your electrical cut off fixed? If not, perhaps they are tied together?

That's what happens when you live in canada, lights break!

But no, I've got one of the oem bulbs out, but I don't care enough about it to fix it. Seems like almost everyone looses the driver side bulb first.

Could be. LED's should hold up better.
