| Re: Got my airride!! First look at the new easystreet kit. As I mentioned in other posts I am in communication with Airlift (Easystreet producer) about this kit. They are now consulting myself and Scion Pro (who helped design the new rear bag on the gen 2 xB kit) about how to fix this.
Here is the main reason this has taken so long. The car they have done testing on did not have the camber problem after only slotting the top holes. This is due to the incredible amount of potential production differences in our cars.
An example of the variances on our car from Scion Pro and his dash kit.
"As an example I make the stainless dash kit for the xB and it was made on a random xB. Go to install it in my car and its a little off. Go to put it in another car on the lot and it fits perfect...go to the next car on the lot brand new and guess what way off! So there is a screw under the steering colum that adjusts the height of the dash pad. It has a 1 cm travel."
I will keep you all updated. |

| Re: Got my airride!! First look at the new easystreet kit. I hear air sleeves give a stiffer ride because there's less room for cushioning. I had Universal Air's Air over strut bags on mine, and with Monroe struts, you couldn't even tell I had air ride because the ride was soo smooth. It took me a good 22-24 hours to install mine, but I had some help and I had some experience with air ride before. The toughest part to watch was seeing my friend cut up my front struts so that I could lay lower than everyone else who has the Universal front kit. Hopefully I'm wrong about the air sleeves stiff ride. Let's see some pics of your xb layed out already.

| Re: Got my airride!! First look at the new easystreet kit. Has anyone with the old set, gotten the new set yet?
I'm waiting to see if i want to upgrade to these or not. It just doesnt seem that the small notch in the top would fix my camber issue in the front.. my camber plates barely worked and they are maxed out!
also would like to know if it fixed the clunking issue.
Sup jeremy! i've talked to you a couple times bout these on the phone |

The noise is all taken care of, we are currently reworking the bottom mount to allow for more camber adjustment. The test vehicle's we used did not have any issue with positive camber so we thought the issue was fixed. The problem will be fixed shortly! |
