Check out what i did, took about 2 hours cause of rain. Sound is amazing as good as my wifes monsoon system in her passat now! they are run off of my 460watt dual amp which is mounted under the passenger seat. they are 5x7's and i think they fit great. i used 1/4" acrylic to mount them. plan on adding leds later.\par

looks good, where did u find the 1/4 plexi biggest i can find round here is 1/8

Lowes had it in a pretty big sheet i think 18"x 24" i think. it was enough to do both sides and then some.

I like it a lot. I have been thinking about the same thing, but want to tint the lexan.

that would be pretty sweet. i did the clear so i could drill into the edge of it and add leds to make the whole glass glow.
