Just a pic I took out of the hotel window in Vancouver, BC, Canada when I was just up there earlier this week.
That particular time of that particular day the lighting was just amazingly flat, and made the view look like a painting. just as amazingly, the camera seems to have captured the mood.
It's the same sort of natural lighting that thrills painters and photographers in Paris when conditions are just right.
I don't know why, but for some reason I really liked the odd view of an alley out that window. It had SO many interesting things .
Anyway, here's a "thumbnail" of it, a bigger version can be seen by clicking it.
