| Re: indiana people Hey gang,
Checking in from Greenwood, IN (southside of Indy). I just picked up an '05 TCM xB 5 speed last week. It appears to have a number of mods previously installed...alloy rims, shocks, springs, sway bars, front strut tower brace, CAI, rear wiper removed, shifter, pedals, cargo area cover & DARK tint. I've already ordered a stock rear wing & 6CD head unit. I'll try to update my profile & add some pics soon...maybe the previous owner hangs out here???
Not much free time to join a club, but was curious if any other local xB's cruise the southside or The Suds in Greenwood on Saturday nights.
I begin a new job in Columbus, IN next month (which is really why I bought it), so maybe I'll see some other toasters during the commute up/ down I-65. |

| Re: indiana people Wow!
That's it alright! The windshield & front door glass tint has been removed, but otherwise appears pictured as I bought it. Do you know the previous owner? I'd love to learn more about the history of it.
Thanks!

| Re: indiana people Yep...very cool indeed! He did a tasteful job on the mods that I can see (and maybe others I can't! ). I signed up on scikotics and sent him an IM. Not sure how active he is there anymore, but it's worth a shot.
Thanks for the info & pics, and maybe I'll see some of you around town!
It's only been a week so far, but I really like this ride! I'll be filling it up on Friday to check mileage for the first time. |

| Re: indiana people Cool man. You can also PM SnowWhite (Nikki) on Scikotics. She is also from Lafayette and she may know his location / info / etc.
I remember that he was a performance minded guy so you may have some upgraded interals. Some of the other Scikos will likely chime in and maybe they remember what he had done.
Congrats on the new box and see you around! |
