I was in seeing distance of my house, on Rt. 53, turning left on Woodridge Drive....the light was yellow & I was already in the intersection, so I peaked over & started to turn...didn't see any cars, then saw this van floor it, trying to make it through the light. I tried to swerve, but they hit me & I jumped the curb, barely missing the light pole. Airbag went off, I was just really shaken up. There were a lot of people at the scene to make sure I was alright, I think there was at least 3 sets of witnesses. I wasn't going to go to the hospital, but they insisted. Both me & the other driver went to the hospital, so I wasn't with my car long =( So, I'm not sure whose fault it is yet, or when I'll know. I was JUST about to take off my damn Eurolines too I'm pretty sure the other 3 are ok though.
I think it's totalled...         |

Steph glad to hear you are ok. Like it has been said before the car can be either fixed or replaced. I know what its like to be within sight of where you are headed and have someone wreck into you. When mine got rear-ended I could see my work. Again glad you are ok | |

Thanks guys...
...and those pictures made me cry again Stenger =/ My car was my everything...I know I'll get over it & I can rebuild if it's totalled, but it prolly won't be a RS3.0...idk, it just won't be the same...
...unless I get those JDM OEM seats I wanted, the bumper, & the hatch =D Then I'll smile again... | |

Sorry to see this happen to your ride it was my favorite RS3.0, I can also probably help you get those JDM parts if you go that route. I have container space coming available to me and always willing to help out the cool Chicago people. | |

oh - if you don't rebuild THAT RS3 - save the badge but you'll prolly keep a bunch of parts since the 80% of the car is awright and 95% of you is good too  (5% goes to the xB) | |
