Thats the common ground, as you hang out more and more you end up talking less and less about the cars But yeah for the most part that is it. I used to do a weekly meet at a pizza place with other VW people, sometimes there was 6 of us, sometimes 20.
What was really funny was we kept seeing the same group of people week after week sitting on the other side of the restaurant. We asked the waitress and she said they were a group of gamers that meet there weekly lol. She was like, you are my car people and they are my gamer buddies.
So, yes the OP was talking about a MA gtg but one of the original spots mentioned was Springfield and I live 15-20mins from there. Most of the other CT guys are down near the shore so this would be a much closer for me. | |
