Oh, and best club | The Guy from DFW with the xA is in Scikotics?? I didn't know that. Congrats to all the winners. Scikotics definitley do have some sweet TC's rolling around.
Props to TSE, but I think Padanky should have come away with something.
So how many Scions were there? 30, 40, more? |

Yeah, the judges didn't even notice the conversions. I asked one if he needed me to go over anything with him, he asked me if there was anything to go over. And that he didn't notice them, and the other judge was a prick and and just said No!
I guess I need 20's, bag's, and a big system.
I am definitely doing a mod list plaque or something.
I'd say there were between 45 and 60 scions, 30+ xB's |

| Padanky, I think you should've won something. People don't realize the work that you put into your car, which is a shame. |

The drive consisted of a ripped off rear lip and major bug death on the windshield, I couldn't see out when I got back.
Both are fixed though. |

I'd say there were between 45 and 60 scions, 30+ xB's | I would have to agree with that observation about judging...something to be worked on considering they have never done a show before. I think some folks with a working knowledge of the cars and knows the difference between a true mod and a bolt on cold air intake. Pandanky, you would be a good judge because you have an understanding of what it takes to fabricate something custom...very clean xb by the way! I think a couple more rows up front will be reserved for the late Scion arrivals as they were relegated to the back of the lot after the classics started rolling in. I thought for a first event they put together something for everyone...had I known there was going to be an open invitation to imports it could have gotten even larger. I didnt even post on the import sites with the show information. I think that was a last minute detail from mngt. and first show jitters. I saw a lot of the streetrod guys checking out the Scions and how the import crowd mods thier rides and vice versa which is pretty cool...old school, new school etc. Pandanky...a mod list plaque is a great idea and almost essential if you are going to show. I do a bunch of events and there is always some sort of judging misshap. Any ideas or observations you would like to share please do...I will make sure they get right back to Tejas so we can make it better for everyone next show.
Thanks for making this show a success!!! |
