Here is the plan. Oct 28 meet up time 11:00 am.
As of right now we have Scion clubs from 5 States that are planning on coming. This is for all Scion's no matter what decal you have on your Scion.

I did a lot of homework to find a good place. I wanted some where with a big parking lot so we all could park together. I talked to the manger there. They have a party room we can have for that day. I was looking at the Wharf but parking would be he*!.

Man i might have to come to this. It falls on my b-day so I just might have to treat myself to a little vacation. I wonder how long the trip would be from Houston?
Well I just mapquested it and it said 519 miles and 8hr 17 min., thats not too bad of a drive.

Is this going to be a car show or just a bunch of owners getting together to grub? I need a little more info on this if I decide to drive 8+ hrs, thanks.

Its a meet and lunch on sunday. Some folks are going to be there saturday so we may do something that night too. You could kinda say its a car show/meet with out trophys but trying to get a big meet up with owners down in the south. See folks that you talk to on line and put a face with a name and check out some rides.

Update :

Ok guy's. There is a little change in plans.The place that I had talked to over the week-end called me today. They have already had the party room booked. I spent my whole lunch hour today making phone calls. I found a great place they have a 3 floor parking deck right behind the building thatdeck holds 325 cars.They are going to keep the top floor for us to park. This is down at the Wharf. They are giving us one whole side of the building. The best part is the owner has 2 XB'S. This is a done deal.

Info for the ones that will be Sat nite: . This place is across from the Beach Side Resort. We can take over the parking and glow in the dark.
We will be having a glow off with a raffle. All the money from the raffle will go to the March of Dimes.

I so can't wait. Here is the deal for the week-end. Sat nite will be all paid for by Palmer's Scion. They have alot of cool things going on. Be ready to glow your pants off. This is also a good time to dress up for Halloween and dress up your Scion. Bring the kids. Let them dress up. If you want to you can have some candy at your rides so you can give to kids when they wlk by you.
For the ones that are coming down on Friday give me a call if you would like to go to Skull Island with Brian and I. They have turned it in to a haunted island.
For the ones that are staying at The Beach Side, I will leave maps at the front desk to Palmers. I will find a touchless car wash when I get there on Friday. Call me and will let you where it is.

Sunday : We will all meet at the Warf. For the ones that are staying at The Beach Side we all can ride in together. Please park in the big lot behind the Rave. I will go and check it out on Friday to make sure it is a good place to park. We will meet at Rafter'a at 11:00 for lunch. I was hoping to have it paid for by Spring Hill Scion, but Scion told them no because of a conflick. We will still have door prizes and alot of fun. I will have a few 10% discount coupons. I will only have a few so ask me about them early.

We will also have a raffle on both nites. All the money we raise will go to the March of Dimes. I will also have buckets setting around so people can put money in for the March of Dimes. We are there to have FUN and to help small babies that needs a little help.

I can't wait to meet everyone. It is going to be a great week-end.
