| Houston Anything new going on in Houston. I am new to my 06 and only been in Houston for 2 years so it would be cool to get to know some people here, especially with some of the same interests.
Also, are there any local stores in Houston to purchase mods from?

| Re: Houston Depends on what side of Houston your on. I think they have a few meets on the north side everyonce in awhile.
I'm South side and a few of us know each other and hang out every now and then. robert aka IRON LION SCION, and I, and Austin aka AustinYoung06. Give this post some time, you'll get more input, from Jon, Skeeter, and a few others. |

| Re: Houston I work downtown at The Planet (if you have seen the sign, beside the aquarium) and live in Katy. I just bought a 06, I guess they are calling it "black cherry". Hopefully I will see your xb around. It doesn't seem like there are a ton of them around which I like. Usually when I buy a car I see butttloads of them everywhere. I have seen a few but not many.. I just hope I can come up with the cash to start modding.. |

| Re: Houston Where at in Katy?
I will be out in Katy this evening at my parents. I am going to be changing out my strut bar and getting the car ready for a roof rack install.
The house is right behind Katy Jr. High. |

| Re: Houston I am about as far north in Katy as you can be, more like Cypress I guess. Out Fry north of Clay... Where did you get the strut bar? I will probably ask my financial advisor(taken from Sakura) about what I can do to the box and how much I am able to spend. |

I changed out my Greddy (sold it) for an NRG Carbon Fiber bar. I think the CF bar goes for $149 or so. |

| Re: Houston Hey Shawn, welcome aboard! I am hoping to get started with the mods and tuning asap. I will get a pic up of mine as soon as I am able. I have an issue keeping my wife away from it and also getting her to respect it by keeping it clean. She said the worst thing to me yesterday when I complained about her leaving trash in it: "it's not going to stay nice forever" I was a little upset. She has been leaving trash in it, has scuffed the steering wheel with her white purse... Our other cars are broke down so I have to let her drive it for now but after I get em fixed... it will be OFF LIMITS.... |

| Re: Houston I live in Deer Park but travel through Houston all week. I bought the Box for gas mileage reasons a couple of weeks ago. It is lowered and has racks on top. I'm already starting to look in to doing other things to it. Wheels first if anyone knows of any deals around town. |
