Would everyone want to stop at a DIY car wash just outside of the city on the way up , so we can wash our cars after the trip? 400+ miles worth of road wear is no good for car shows.

Doubt there anything in the city, and if there was it would probably be a pain in the ass to get in and out of just like everything else in the bay area.

John, actually i think if we book thru travel agency online they will charge your card right away.. i think thats how it was when we went to san diego and booked the hotel online they charged it and not thru the hotel... i guess they pay the hotel or something... as long as the hotel doesnt charge us again it should be okay...
