| Newly Purchased White 06 - Just wanted to drop a line and introduce myself. I recently picked up a white 2006 XB and so far I love it. I have a turbo charged 350z with a Turbonetics kit and since I am going full show with the Z I needed another project to work on for a while. I have almost run out of ideas for the Z and now I can only imagine what to do with my so called XBOX and my roommate calls it. I am totally new to this type of car so I will definitely have a bunch of questions I need answered. I am going to start modding my X lightly but knowing me I may be looking to do something outrageous. I def will be lurking the forums looking for the many answers I have and hope to start changing the look of my X very soon. I was thinking of posting pics of my X but it is completely stock for now. In the meantime check out the pics of my 350z below.

| Re: Newly Purchased White 06 - ^^ The Skyline was not mine but one that was used in a photoshoot for West Covina Nissan for the web site and magazine ads. The dealer also had a real S15 silvia for the shoot but was used for an outside picture unlike the one you see above. |

| Re: Newly Purchased White 06 - Hey any of you guys know of any engine swap that has been done with the first gen XB. I'm getting these crazy ideas of an engine swap already. |

| Better late than never Hi Ed!!
It was nice meeting you in person last night.
Sorry I didn’t post here earlier, I try to greet many new members, but I don’t get them all (usually if I see that several others have already shown some love I’ll move on if I don’t have anything particularly witty to add.)
And hey, I’ve been “talking” to you on our site for days now
BTW, here’s the thread I was telling you about the engine swap: http://www.clubxb.com/forums/f2/15556-1-bad-04-a/
Basically this rolled up at a meet and half the folks there had an uncontrolled physical reaction
Which was totally deserved and completely understandable |

(just get some clear silicone and seal them when you get them. 1/10 have fogging issues)

| Re: Newly Purchased White 06 - I'm actually gonna stick to aftermarket HID setup and skip the halo's. The tails however I have been looking for a quality LED setup either clear or blacked out. |

go w/black housing... I like mine, plus it looks good on white. (paint your stock grill black while you're at it, looks sick!) |
