I got the same thing from smoking. . .
Spray Nine works wonders, but you have to be patient. Spray dab/lightly rub, then repeat. It's not going to be perfect but mine went from black to close to original in a few cycles.

you that live here in socal... hit up any 99cent store and theres a light green bottle called " soil love "... ... something like that... its used to remove stains from white clothes... no its not bleach...i use it to hand wash my shoe laces..
heres a list of what ull need:
1. bottle of " soil love " ( no more than a dollar )
2. empty spray bottle.. ( u can use an empty windex bottle..)
3. an old toothbrush or any brush with soft bristles..
4. a towel...
5. a cold beer...

lol... but yea... pour half of the soil love into a spray bottle and add water... spray the liquid onto the headliner and with some sort of toothbrush or brush, scrub away... make sure to wipe off the excess liquid with a towel off from the headliner and just let it dry... and there.... the cold beer should come in handy cus ull most likely sweat while cleaning the headliner, hence itll need some elbow grease..
