xGangster Rear Bumper progess photos

Steve wanted me to share these photos with you all.

We are showing the beginning to the end...that the initial pictures are where we started and continued to hone down the foam to the right shape and size. The final product results in a bumper that is 7.5 inches longer than stock at its bottom center of the outer bumpers. The middle section is just merely three inches past stock. The initial pictures were 18 inches. The final bumper will be revealed late next week as the fiberglassed part has significant detail not yet on these foam shapings.

Rendering being used to make this bumper.

This is a work in progress, the two sides are not 100% equal, the final bumper will combine the best of each side and have more detail. Also keep in mind we are tweaking the side skirts and bringing them up a little so they are not as low and will flow with the rear bumper.

More pictures coming soon. The next phase is off the car with bondo creating the final shape, making both sides uniform and adding all the contours and reveal moldings, beveled edge, and slight curve outward and downward of the center section. This part is being made to mount on all oem mounting points including the snap ins on the body line where the bumper meets the body...no shody half assed work here. The part will be fully braced gel coated and simply ready to paint and mount. Expect no extra work.

Do you have a profile pic (from the side)? Maybe it seems like the angle, but does it really stick out like 2 feet? :/ Is the front xGangster going to stick out the same to create some flow with it?

Scotty the xGangster rear bumper extends back 7.5" father back than the stock OEM bumper at the farthest points.

Ah gotcha. I think the combo of the angle and the timing of the pic in the shaving process made it look exaggerated. Im anxious to see how this comes out.

Yeah when you look at the beginning photos it was 18 inches! Now its more like 5 inches from stock length at the top and 7.5 at the very bottom tip of the quarter fender extensions. The center is actually the same exact depth as factory. Dont worry you know me it will be absolutely perfect when done just like the rest of the kit. I will not produce cheap kits just for the sake of selling a bunch. I rather sell a few high quality kits. It costs more but you get what you pay for.

Ah makes sense. Im very anxious for the finished result.

Updated photos of the bumper, final fit should be done this weekend.

More pictures coming soon as we have re-mounted the bumper and decided it was too extreme so we took another two inches out of the mid section of the quarter extensions...the profile was too big from the side so this had to be done. It looks great now. More pics on
