| Re: my car went "boso" lol okay two questions:
(1) where/how did u get that exhaust done/was it custom? how much?
(2) are those tail light covers - or did you paint trim and stick it on? or is that how those tail lights came? |

| Re: my car went "boso" lol Yet again, another style that will be watered down. Your title should be "my car went with a big tail pipe". Boso is way more encompassing than just wheels and exhaust. You're going to need the kit to complete it.
That car you pictured is far from boso. The car Jim posted is spot on Yankee/Boso style. (like VIP terms, they get muddled. Boso was originally bikes) |

| Re: my car went "boso" lol what tail covers are those?!? FILL ME IN HERE.
and i like the look of the tailpipe. i dont know if boso is the same thing as the "vanning" trend in japan but i think you can make it work. my bf wants to do it to his vw GTI and i'm like "um no?" but i think it looks real cool. nice job so far |

| Re: my car went "boso" lol nice thanks for the link
and i think the exhaust looks phat so if someone says it's crappy just remember it's their own opinion. i think it looks real good and i can't wait to see what you do next... maybe a spoiler at the same angle of the exhaust pipe? some plastic spikes coming out of the back bumper... the same angle as the pipe? U got lots of possibilites
and is that an animal paw hanging from under the rear bumper? i've seen male balls you can hang from there but i can't tell what yours is... |

| Re: my car went "boso" lol I like it. I only think I would run double pipes. Side by side are the best but one on top of the other cut even at the exhaust would be interesting also.
Any way this is coming from someone that lived in Japan for a few years and is Married to a JDM girl that I met in Japan. None of these styles really had a name until later on. If we call it boso it's boso.
The Boso in Hiroshima full name were Bousouzoku and lots of them had cars.
Funny story the brother in law had his motorcycle stolen and was later recovered by the police like a year later after it was all Boso'ed out by the gang. It had a zebra banana seat added to it and all kinds of fiberglass work too.
Anyway have fun. |
