| Re: My buddies chopped box truck Hi, im the owner of this frankenstien.
Thanks, for some good feed back on my Scion XB. I'm usually into the old car seen. But I thought I do a import side project as well to have a part of both worlds. The car is about 40% done have lot's to do. And No I don't have a lot of money. Please donate..hah! The car is still in Black primer. But will be painted soon I hope. Ive had this car for 6 months now, it takes time to make a kustom. Yes, I will fill in the doors plus other things. I will probably leave the gas door alone. I will leave that for a couple of you that are good at kustom work and ideals you know who you are. The top will have glass and tinted the color I decide on doing the car. As for the cracking of the mold body kit yes, It can happen. and has!! dam it!! But hey, some one can key a car or get a door ding whatever...things happen. Besides that's what the airbags are for. I drive this car everyday. Its my car to work or whatever I do. I noticed a couple of haters, but thats cool. And what I mean by that is...I can do alllll this kustom work and a choosen few will STILL have something to pick out what they don't like instead of just enjoying a car that is Not from a cookie cutter. I noticed a age factor being played out to, well I go to old classic car shows and there are guys from every age doing the car thing together and sharing there interest of all cars. Quote:

| Re: My buddies chopped box truck FOr the gas door since the bed is open shave the gas door on the outside and put it on the inner fender wall instead. Still looks clean from the outside and is easy to access. |

James you would be wise to never cut yours up this much because it would force you to finish a build with out changing your mind. |
