Homemade FFF season 2

ha ha ha h ah aa ha ha im excited.... my idea works!!!!!

i dnt want to tell my idea right away, i will once i manage to produce an actual product.

but here is what o got with my "test"

is is one layer of glass, it was made just to test it out, then i pitched it in the garbage, ill start the attempt at the first actual full fff on Monday if there is no rain.

my idea ya lol i needed an extra one and i couldn't find it so i used the one you gave me i think you know what i did lol ha ha ha ha im no good at keeping secrets LOL!

first..... have to make a "template" so i did this

then ran marker under it to make the majic "curve"

ha ha ha i fail i dnt mean to press submit thread....

then i cut out the magic curve,

and it is hard to find good help these days but i managed on my own....

from the first attempt at this fff i destroyed my headlights, so picked up new ones and had these garbage ones sitting in the parts closet, (i live in an apartment so my cloths are also kept in the closet, sometimes i get confused)

and as stenger mentioned about the part he gave me, he gave me a somewhat smoothed grill.

you put all 3 pieces together along with the magic curve and after a few number 6 screws you get this!

then once i was ready i added a quick layer of glass

that is all for now!!

^^^^ that would be sweet but i dnt see me being able to make one outa fiberglass, i have thought of making a plastic mold and heating plexi and making one that way but that is another story.

i am debating on doing a half grill fff or a full grill we will see

That is a good idea I had thought about trying something like this but couldn't find a cheap set of headlights when I looked around. Keep up the good work...
