| Whats your MPG? Whats your mpg? I get about 35 with my 06 xb. I was looking at the scion site and the new scions only get about 22 mpg. Why is that? |

| Re: Whats your MPG? i get 27-31mpg. the reason the new Scion xB ('08) gets that less mpg is because it has a bigger engine (2.4L) than ours (1.5L). |

| Re: Whats your MPG? 35 in the winter 37 in the summer with a best of 38. Majority of the mods I do is for better mpg. =) Others get 40+ regularly but they probably don't have the mandated ethenal additive like we do. =( |

| Re: Whats your MPG? XB1
27.5 average for me. I have an intake and larger wheels. I think the width of the wheels and spoiler might have lost me some. I've gotten 31 driving really slow and down to 25 driving really fast. On long trips I usually can get around 28 or 29. |

| Re: Whats your MPG? Almost 30 all around driving on 18's. Was getting about 32 before the wheel switch. No mods to motor. '06.5 model.
As for MPG figures on newer Xb's and other cars, Gov't has cracked down on car manufacturers on their MPG estimates to make them more realistic, I believe. |

| Re: Whats your MPG? Highest MPG ever for me was 36.6, all highway, 65 mph average, stock wheels, no engine mods, 2 passengers, A/C On, 2 suitcases, camera case, gold clubs, Wii, and of course my sub box in the back.
Normal average highway/city mix is about 28-31.
Will a short ram/exhaust set up add to the mpg? I'm putting some hefty wheels on in a couple of weeks and it'd be nice to keep my avg. mpg |
