What are the other mods on the xA you did the testing on? Was the base run done in stock trim or did it still have the header/intake/muffler combo as in this dyno run: ScionLife View topic - Weapon-R Secret Weapon versus F5, also 4-2-1 Header Dyno....
Cuz i am comparing the gains from the new intake manifold and the earlier testing you did on Weapon-R intake vs F5 intake and thats why it would be good to know the difference.

I have the Weapon*R SRI, header, and muffler on my xA.
The dyno run for the base before we installed the prototype manifold showed a drop in hp, from the last time when I had the final run after installing the mods.
Don't know if it was bad gas or what, weather, plugs, or what other mitigating factor.
Also, at the time of the dyno run for the I/H/E run, I had 5k miles.
When the prototype manifold was nstalled and run, I had well over 15k miles also.
BUT, my butt dyno said there was an improvement the 3 days I drove w/ it prior to the dyno run. I made notes throughout the powerband, and when the run was made, similar results were found.
And after the install, you can see the numbers. | |

Damnit, i wouldn't mind getting some extra power under the hood but i drive like a grandma so really i don't need it. It would be nice to have something to kick into gear going up hills though that didn't waste all my damn gas LMAO.
Congrats to Chris and Weapon-R for again making a bad@$$ part!

Because the final run with those mods back in June had basically the same numbers (109 torque- 101hp) as the new manifold (106 torque- 101hp). | |
