| Power Ent. Supercharger installation Q. So I picked up this S/C for dirt cheap, but it didn't come w/ an instruction manual nor a oil feed line. I just got the feed line in the mail after ordering it from the Power Enterprise, an idk anything about this I just saw the opportunity on Craigslist an I knew I had to jump on this for the price. My question is where do I install the oil feed line? Also what pulley ( if I'm even saying it right.) does the belt attach to?
I have no experience whats so ever in the performance side of the xB, as a matter of fact this is my 1st mod for this department...
Thanks ahead of time Jay. |

Did a little research...... Address:
Power Enterprise USA Inc.
17155 Von Karman Ave. #108
Irvine, CA 92614 Contact Info:
Ph: 949-752-0645 Fax: 949-752-0646
Whole Sale : Power Whole Sale
Accounting: Power USA Accounting
OEM & Tech: pwrusa @ sbcglobal.net <<< should e-mail them to go about getting instructions and info on the kit
My post count isn't high enough to post a direct link but if you go on their site powerinterpriseusa.com and look under car model you'll see the scion xB. Click on that you will see their project xB and some info on it (very limited).
The kit doesn't even look like its officially been released. It still says "coming soon" but theirs no telling when the site was last updated....

| Re: Power Ent. Supercharger installation Q. There is another pic of it here: Power Enterprise supercharger
Shows the line going under the engine cover. So may be you can figure it out based on the lenght of the oil line provided. May be to the oil pressure sensor or one of the oil galley plugs in the head or the block. |

| Re: Power Ent. Supercharger installation Q. The PE superchargers are actually built by Rotrex, the is a little bit of information on their site and a nice break down pic of the kit that shows what all was supposed to be included. パワーエンタープライズ http://www.rotrex.com |

| Re: Power Ent. Supercharger installation Q. That's an itty bitty heat exchanger. Then again the supercharger isn't that big. I would look into some kind of methanol/water injection kit to lower the IAT's and EGT's to be on the safe side. AEM make a real good injection kit (comes with either a 1gal or 5gal tank). Something you may be interested in
What are you going to tune with? Whats the injector sizes? |

I'm referring to WOT being that's where/when it matters and the topic of supercharging pertains too. |

| Re: Power Ent. Supercharger installation Q. Now that's how you properly supercharge!
Most custom/bolt on installs require drilling and tapping the oil line for the oil, so that'd be my guess. |

Anyway i am not sure if the ECM has ability to drive them static (100% duty cycle- contiously open) but any time they are held at more than 80% it's basically a must to switch to the ones that can flow more fuel. |

Therefore you provide the peak number between such and such RPM range therefore one can judge themselves if injectors are needed for their particular application
or you state that at such rpm the duty cycle was this and when i reached this rpm it went to this

| Re: Power Ent. Supercharger installation Q. I'll try to dig the Toyota info for the peak numbers but i have a feeling if i find anything it will be in the "pulse width"- not the duty cycle.
With the kit above i would try to mount it first and then run it and see how close the injectors to maxing out. Changing them is really the easiest part of thie whole install. |

| Re: Power Ent. Supercharger installation Q. From the pic above looks like the kit has its own pulley that attaches to the factory crank one.
Do you want to post the pic of everything you got including the oil line? |
